What I love: I have a 2014 Chevy Sonic and with two children keeping it looking new is really hard. My son at 7 is no longer in a real car seat but a booster that doesn't press tight into the seats. My daughter though is only a little over a year and her car seat is firmly attached with the latch system. When cleaning the car one day last week I decided to lift up her seat to clean under it and realized how bad it has been indenting the back seat. I wish I had a Car Seat Protector to start with!
Featuring heavy duty protection against indentations, scratches, dirt, and more for your vehicles interior fabric this protector is a must-have for your car! The padding is a very nice thickness to protect your seat from having the horrible indents like I currently do. As an added bonus if your children like to snack and drink in the car like mine too it also protects your seat from spills! In our case because Ariel is still rear facing I know this can also act as a kick pad to keep her feet from getting the seat dirty. This would also be great to protect your seat from pet claws or if you often have to transport objects on your seats.
Removing her seat, installation of the Car Seat Protector by Drive Auto Products is a snap.
- With a clean seat place the Car Seat Protector on the seat.
- Attach the headrest attachment strap at the headrest and tighten.
- Tuck the positioning bulb between the back of the seat.
- Install car seat like normal.
What I really like about this is it is 47 inches long by 17.7 inches wide so it's large enough to cover the entire seat but on the sides it still allows you to easily get to the latch system and seat belts with nothing in the way. From a safety standpoint that is a huge plus. The back has a nonskid material that really does a good job to not allow the protector to slide around at all. I love this cover and highly recommend it!
I really love it and give it 5 out of 5 stars.
